The presentations below demonstrate how the main sections of the Bridge Street Corridor Development Code work together to result in high quality pedestrian-oriented development. The first presentation shows how the development standards for street types, lot and block requirements, building type, and open space requirements apply to a development site, and the second presentation demonstrates how the building requirements achieve distinctive architecture. The applicable Code sections are provided so you can follow along.

Since its original publication on April 14, 2011, the draft Bridge Street Corridor Development Code has been modified as a result of ongoing testing and analysis in addition to ongoing public comment and stakeholder involvement. Each draft is dated to allow interested individuals to follow the changes that have been made from one draft to another. The "Red Line" versions are a plain text document showing all changes, including added or deleted text, from the immediately preceding draft.

The Bridge Street Corridor (BSC) Development Code will become part of Chapter 153, which is the City of Dublin Zoning Code. The BSC Development Code will occupy sections 153.057 through 153.066 of the Zoning Code.
