Historic Dublin Development

Here Today... More Tomorrow

Detour signs are posted in both directions along Bridge and High streets to help patrons navigate the area to these locations. When completed, BriHi Square at Bridge and High streets will continue Historic Dublin’s tradition of blending quality dining, retail and office destinations in a walkable, progressive downtown.

Project Updates

Friday, January 29, 2010

On Monday, Jan. 25, Mo Dioun, president of The Stonehenge Company, gave a project update to Dublin City Council.

Dioun said the public part of the project will be 95 percent complete and open by St. Patrick’s Day (March 17).

He also announced that Mezzo Italian Kitchen will open on both floors of the building on High Street, with a lounge and casual dining area on the first floor and a more formal dining area on the second floor.

Dioun said his company is in negotiations with other potential tenants but did not give specific names, saying only that he is talking with representatives from two more restaurants, a bridal business and an architecture/engineering company.

On Thursday, Nov. 19 and Friday, Nov. 20, crews will be paving Darby Street; Wing Hill next to Modern Male; and the access alley behind the Dublin Veterinary Clinic and J. Liu Restaurant.

Darby Street will be closed to through-traffic during this two-day period. The vet clinic parking lot will be accessible from Bridge Street during this closure.

Detour signs will be posted on Bridge and High streets directing traffic to North Street on Thursday and Friday, as the Darby Street public parking lot will remain open during this project.

Paving will be completed by the end of Friday. For more information, contact Fred Hahn, Director of Parks and Open Space, at 614-410-4706.
