Five Year Capital Improvements Program
Dublin City Council approved the Five Year Capital Improvements Program (2010-2014) on Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2009. The CIP is a five-year outlook for anticipated capital projects and is reviewed and updated annually by the City. These projects are primarily related to improvements in transportation, parks, utilities and facilities.
The 2010-2014 CIP represents $95.6 million in potential investment on capital improvement projects in Dublin in the next five years, including $21.4 million in projects next year (2010).
The City has approximately $32.2 million in CIP projects either completed, in progress or planned for this year (2009).

The Five-Year CIP establishes the City's blueprint for investments in its capital infrastructure. This document is used as a tool to ensure that the City's long and short-term capital investments are made in the context of careful consideration of the City's needs as well as the resources available to fund all projects.
