2009 BIA Parade of Homes

One of Dublin's newest communities will play host to the 2009 Building Industry Association's Parade of Homes.
Eleven Central Ohio builders are committed to this year’s BIA event, which runs July 11-26 at Tartan Ridge. The return of the Parade of Homes is a testament to Dublin's sense of community, continued growth and stable housing market. Ballantrae was the host community in 2002.
Falling between the City's annual Independence Day festivities and the Dublin Irish Festival, the BIA Parade of Homes will round out a mix of summer activities in the area.
Tartan Ridge is on 189 acres bordered by Hyland-Croy Road on the west, McKitrick Road on the south, Brock Road on the north, and Jerome/Avery Road on the east. Developed by the Edwards Land Co., the Tartan Ridge development was designed to embrace the high architectural standards and parkland traditions that are hallmarks of the City of Dublin.
Tartan Ridge features rustic stone walls, old-world architecture and natural elements; more than 40 percent of the development will be dedicated to parkland. Glacier Ridge Elementary sits within the development and Glacier Ridge Metro Park is just west of the community.
