Mayor Tim Lecklider

Mayor Lecklider is an attorney with the Ohio Attorney General’s office. He has been elected twice by Council to serve two-year terms as Mayor in January 2010 and 2012. Before being elected to City Council, Mr. Lecklider served on the Board of Zoning Appeals and chaired the Planning & Zoning Commission. He holds a BA from Bowling Green State University and a Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University. He is married to Sharon and has two daughters, Kathryn and Lauren. He lives in Wyndham Village.

Amy Salay has been elected twice by Council to serve two-year terms as Vice-Mayor in January 2010 and 2012. She previously served on the Board of Zoning Appeals and the Planning & Zoning Commission. Ms. Salay holds a BSBA from The Ohio State University. She is married to Stephen and has two children, Stephen and Rachel. She lives in Heather Glen.

Ms. Boring began serving on Council in January 1994 and is currently serving in her fifth four-year term as Ward 1 Representative. She previously served as Council’s representative on the Planning & Zoning Commission for more than eight years. Ms. Boring has attained a Gold Certificate Level in the National League of Cities "Certificate of Achievement in Leadership" program. Ms. Boring holds a BS in Mathematics from Otterbein College.

Marilee Chinnici-Zuercher

Ms. Chinnici-Zuercher is President/CEO of Hands on Central Ohio, a Columbus-based organization encompassing information, referral, community education and volunteerism. She was elected by Council in January 2004, 2006 and 2008 to serve two-year terms as Mayor. She is a Board Member of the Ohio Municipal League and is on the Joint Columbus and Franklin County Housing Advisory Board. She is on the Board of Trustees of the Community Research Partners and the Board of Trustees of the Juvenile Justice Coalition, and is a volunteer for United Way of Central Ohio. She is one of two Ohio representatives to the Public Safety and Crime Prevention Committee of the National League of Cities. In addition, she is a Board Member of the Points of Light Institute. She is a recipient of the YWCA "Women of Achievement" Award, Dublin Chamber of Commerce "Spotlight Dublin Award," and the National League of Cities "Women in Municipal Government Leadership Award." Chinnici-Zuercher holds a B.S. in Political Science from Miami University and pursued graduate studies at Xavier University, Cincinnati. She has a grown son, Brian and resides in Muirfield.

Richard S. Gerber

Mr. Gerber is a partner in the Columbus law firm of Frost Brown Todd, LLC. Before his election to City Council, he served for seven years as a member and five years as chairman of the City of Dublin Planning and Zoning Commission, was Chair of the Community Services Advisory Commission for three years and served on the Dublin Transportation Task Force for two years.
Mr. Gerber has practiced law for more than 25 years and devotes his practice to providing general counsel services to closely held businesses and client representation before the Internal Revenue Service and state and local tax authorities. Mr. Gerber has been involved in numerous merger and acquisitions and other sophisticated transactions involving multi-national companies and organizations. He has also been recognized as a top business lawyer by Columbus Business First.
Mr. Gerber possesses two law degrees: a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University and an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in tax from Capital University Law School. He received his BSBA in business from the Ohio State University.
Among his other civic and professional affiliations, Mr. Gerber serves as an active member of the Dublin AM Rotary. He is also a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and is a board member for the State of Ohio Veterans Hall of Fame.
He and his wife, Barb, have two children, Nicole and Eric. They live on Karrer Place.

Michael H. Keenan

Mr. Keenan is President of The Keenan Agency, a full-service insurance agency located in Dublin. He was recently appointed by Gov. Kasich to serve as a member of the Ohio Air Quality Development Authority. And, citing his experience in public financing, Speaker of the House William G. Batchelder recently appointed Keenan to the Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC). The OPWC was created to assist in financing local public infrastructure improvements under the State Capital Improvements Program (SCIP) and the Local Transportation Improvement Program (LTIP). These programs provide financial assistance to local communities for the improvement of their basic infrastructure systems. Through the two programs, the Commission provides grants, loans and financing for local debt support and credit enhancement.
Mr. Keenan served as a Trustee of Washington Township from 1983 through 2003. In addition, he is Past President of the Board of the Dublin Arts Council and served six years as a Board Member of the statewide board of the Ohio Township Risk Management Authority. He holds a BSBA from The Ohio State University. Mr. Keenan is married to Jill and has three children: a son, Ryan, and daughters, Kelley and Katelin. He lives in Coventry Woods.

Council Member Reiner is President and Owner of Oakland Nurseries, Inc. Mr. Reiner previously served for eight years on the Planning & Zoning Commission. He holds a BA in Government and International Affairs. He is a registered Landscape Architect and has attended continuing education courses in 1982 and 1983 at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design. He is married to Sheila and has four children: Genevieve, Erika, Max and Alexis. He lives in Muirfield Village.
