City of Dublin Income Tax

The City of Dublin wants more residents to take advantage of its paperless, electronic filing program. It’s free, it’s fast and it’s friendly to the environment!
Dublin residents may e-file their local income tax returns if they meet the following conditions:

They live and work within Dublin’s corporate limits, or;

If they work outside of the City, they have filed accurate Dublin tax returns with no amount due for the last three years and received a Personal Url with a PIN.
- They do not owe any money and are not due a refund.
Dublin residents who are required to file local income tax returns but do not meet the above criteria may use the fill-in return feature. Just pick the appropriate form, type in the necessary information, print and mail it to the following addresses:

The City accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Visa and MasterCard debit card or electronic check. There is a convenience fee charged for using Dublin's online payment option which goes to the administrator of the service.
