This is an appeal to a decision rendered by Land Use and Long Range Planning to not allow the use of think brick veneer for a residence located on the west side of Tartan Ridge Boulevard in the Tartan Ridge Planned Unit Development District because thin brick veneer is not a permitted or “comparable” building material listed in the development standards of the Tartan Ridge PUD. This is a request for review and approval of an administrative appeal under the provisions of Code Section 153.235.
