This is a proposal to permit a patio to encroach into the required rear yard setback for a single-family lot within the Bishop’s Run development located west of Caraway Avenue at the intersection of Clovermill Drive. This is a request for review and approval of a variance to the setback requirements of the Bishop’s Run development requirements under the provisions of Code Section 153.053 and the review standards of Code Section 153.231.
