This is an appeal to a decision rendered by Land Use and Long Range Planning to disapprove a request for a second driveway curb cut for a residence located on the north side of Corazon Drive pursuant to Code Section 153.210, which allows the Director of Land Use and Long Range Planning to permit a second driveway curb cut provided certain criteria are met. This is a request for review and approval of an administrative appeal under the provisions of Code Section 153.235.
