Community Plan 'Maplications'

In order to improve access to information in the 2007 Dublin Community Plan, Land Use & Long Range Planning is working with GIS and Community Relations to develop an online version of the Plan.
Phase one of this project includes three web-based maplications focused on the most widely used elements of the Plan. Try out the new maplications and provide feedback to help make these features as user-friendly as possible.
Land Use Plan - view
This maplication includes the Existing Land Use Map and the adopted Future Land Use Map, with definitions for each of the 19 land use classifications included in the Plan. Click a land use color on the map to see the land use definition in the legend. Use the land use selector bar to see the differences between existing and planned land uses.
Special Area Plans - view
This maplication includes graphic concepts and design recommendations developed for nine geographic areas as part of the Land Use Plan. Click an area plan title in the legend to zoom to a specific plan on the map. Hover over the icons on the map to see design recommendations and illustrations. Use the ‘swipe’ or ‘spotlight’ tools to view aerial imagery behind an area plan. Access the published versions of each area plan by clicking the PDF link in the legend.
Thoroughfare Plan - view
This maplication illustrates planned roadway improvements throughout the Planning Area. Zoom in to see planned right-of way widths. Hover over legend symbols for definitions. Access the detailed Thoroughfare Plan table by clicking the PDF link in the legend.
