Zoning Review

Zoning Review is a team within Land Use and Long RangePlanning that is primarily responsible for the processing and review of various applications to the City’s Architectural Review Board, the Board of Zoning Appeals, the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council. We also assist residents, landowners, developers, and professional consultants in meeting the requirements of the City’s Community Plan, various Codes and the development process. This includes written reviews of applications and findings to assist our decision-makers in their deliberation of applications.

The Zoning Review Team is also available to provide information to residents and businesses on requirements applicable to their properties. We can also answer zoning and development related questions from residents, landowners, developers and real estate professionals as they relate to various planning objectives of the Community Plan and requirements of the City’s Zoning Code.

Application Forms

We have updated our application and submission requirements. Our new forms are available in Portable Document Format (PDF) and provide you with the option to enter your project information directly on the form so you can print a “typed” form to submit with the rest of your application materials.
