-
Permits are issued by the City of Dublin Land Use and Long Range Planning.
-
Only two Garage Sale permits shall be issued for a single address in any 12-month period, and are only valid for three consecutive days. The permit must be displayed on the premises during the sale.
-
Application for a permit shall be made at least seven days in advance, and no sales may operate before 8 a.m. or extend later than 8 p.m.
-
Three signs announcing the sale are allowed; one (1) on the property where the sale is held, and two (2) on other properties. Signs may be put up the night before the first day of the sale and must be taken down immediately after the final day.
Community or subdivision-wide sales are also permitted. Permits and permit fees are required for each participating address . Homeowners can purchase permits individually or a community representative may purchase permits for the group. The representative will need each participating homeowner’s name, address and fee. Cash and personal checks are accepted.
Permit fees are subject to change. Please contact Land Use and Long Range Planning at 614-410-4600 for current fees.
