Appendix II Demographics Trends Report (PDF)
Camoin Associates, economic development consultants, will present their draft report and implementation plan for the Historic Dublin Market Assessment at City Council on August 20, 2007.
The goals of this assessment are to identify consumer needs and determine what types of commercial uses can be attracted to, and economically sustained in Historic Dublin to ensure the long-term vitality of the District. Additionally, the assessment will aid in the determination of the most appropriate scale and mix of businesses the Historic District can support while preserving and enhancing the unique character of the area.
This draft report is the result of several months of quantitative and qualitative research conducted by Camoin Associates under the direction of an inter-departmental team of City staff: Planning, Economic Development and the City Manager’s Office.
