Long Range Planning
The Long Range Planning Team is responsible for implementing the adopted 2007 Dublin Community Plan and other long range plans and programs that guide the growth and development of Dublin. Long Range Planning, in coordination with other City departments, focuses on the "big picture" of how the city will develop in the future.
The Long Range Planning Team develops the tools, policies and plans to describe and support the Community Plan’s land use vision and ensure consistency with the City's goals and decisions-making process. Long Range Planning also works on special projects such as area planning for specific sites within the city, roadway corridor plans, zoning code updates and other related projects intended to implement the Community Plan.
