This is a request for review of a preliminary plat under the provisions of Code Section 152.015 for a lot split that will result in the creation of two lots consisting of 12.62 and 16.18-acre tracts of land.  The site is located on the east side of Parkwood Place, north of the intersection with Woerner Temple Road.
