This is a proposal for a subdivision with 50 residential lots for land currently zoned R, Rural District and R-1, Restricted Suburban Residential District, located on the north side of Rings Road, approximately 1,100 feet west of Eiterman Road. This is a request for review and approval of a concept plan and a rezoning/preliminary development plan under the Planned District provisions of Code Section 153.050.
