This is a proposal for a rezoning of 199.154 acres to establish uses consistent with the High Density POD category of the future Central Ohio Innovation Center development, located on the south side of Post Drive, west of the intersection with US33. This is a request for review and approval of a rezoning under the provisions of Code Section 153.234.
