This is a proposal for modifications to a car dealership, including the demolition of an existing building and the construction of a new building within Subarea J of the Perimeter Center Planned Commerce District, located on the east side of Perimeter Loop Road, at the intersection with Mercedes Drive. This is a request for review and approval of an amended final development plan under the Planned District provisions of Code Section 153.050.
