This is a proposal for the IGS corporate office building and associated site improvements within phase one of the Tuttle North Extension PUD, Planned Unit Development District. The site is located on the east side of Emerald Parkway, at the intersection with Innovation Drive. This is a request for review and approval of a final development plan under the Planned District provisions of Code Section 153.050.
