This is a proposal for amendments to the approved development text regarding architecture in addition to modifications to an entry feature located at the eastern gateway for the Tartan Ridge Planned Unit Development District located on the northeast corner of Hyland-Croy Road and McKitrick Road. This is a request for review and approval of an amended final development plan under the Planned District provisions of Code Section 153.050.
