This is a proposal for a stand-alone parking lot located in Subarea J-1 of the Perimeter Center Planned District located on the south side of Venture Drive, approximately 700 feet south of the intersection with Perimeter Drive.  This is a request for review and approval of a final development plan under the Planned District provisions of Code Section 153.050 and a conditional use under the provisions of Code Section 153.236.
