This is a proposal to develop two platted single-family lots at a zero lot line configuration with a residence that can be used as one large single-family unit or independently for multi-generational living.  The site is located within the Heather Bluff Estates Planned Unit Development District, on the south side of Heather Bluff Drive approximately 325 feet west of its intersection with Wilcox Road.  This is a request for informal review of the proposed use, lot configuration and design.
