This is a proposal for three entry feature monolith signs for the approved Ballantrae subdivision, proposed at the intersections of Baronscourt Way and Shier Rings Road, Larne Drive and Cosgray Road, and Barronsmore Boulevard and Cosgray Road. This is a request for review and approval of an amended final development plan under the Planned District provisions of Code Section 153.050.
