This is a proposal to rezone a parcel from R, Rural District to HDP, High Density Pod District to prepare the site for future development as part of the Central Ohio Innovation Center located at the northeast corner of Shier-Rings and Eiterman Roads. No development is currently proposed for this property. This is a request for review and recommendation for approval of a rezoning under the provisions of Code Section 153.234.
