This is a proposal to relocate and reface one existing ground sign and to add an awning to an existing building within the approved Stoneridge Medical development located at the intersection of Stoneridge Lane and Dublin Center Drive. This is a request for review and approval of an amended final development plan under the Planned District provisions of Code Section 153.050 and for modifications within the Corridor Development District under the provisions of Code Section 153.115.
