Code Amendment – Nonconforming Fence Maintenance

This is a proposal to modify Code Sections 153.082 and 153.083 to include a maintenance and replacement provision for nonconforming fences that existed prior to 2000.  This is a request for review and recommendation of a Code amendment under the provisions of 153.234.
