Ortho | Proposed Site Plan

This is a proposal to construct park amenities including a playground, bocce ball and basketball courts, bike path, and refurbish the existing shelter house at Dalmore Park located within the Ballantrae and Cramer’s Crossing Subdivisions. This is a request for review and approval of an amended final development plan under the Planned District provisions of Code Section 153.050.
