This is a proposal to construct a 4,214-square-foot bank with four drive-thru lanes and associated site improvements within Subarea 5B of the NE Quad Planned Unit Development District. The site is located on the west side of Sawmill Road, approximately 150 feet south of the intersection with Emerald Parkway. This is a request for review and approval of a final development plan under the Planned District provisions of Code Section 153.050 and a conditional use under the provisions of Code Section 153.236.
