Ortho | Proposed Plat Amendment

This is a proposal to amend the final plat for the Coventry Woods subdivision to reduce a 100-foot scenic buffer along the west side of Dublin Road. This is a request for review and approval of an amended final development plan under the Planned District provisions of Code Section 153.050 and a final plat under of Section 152.095 of the Subdivision Regulations.
