09-067 - Kumon Learning Center – 4056 West Dublin-Granville Road

This is a proposal to construct a 4,200-square-foot commercial building for a tutoring service and other commercial uses. The site is located on the northwest corner of the West Dublin Granville Road and David Road intersection. This is a request for review and recommendation of approval of a Rezoning and Preliminary Development Plan under the Planned District provisions of Code Section 153.050
