This is a proposal for modifications to two signs for an existing office building within the Lowell Trace Planned Unit Development District. The site is located on the northwest corner of Avery Muirfield Drive and Post Road intersection. This is a request for review and approval of an Amended Final Development Plan under the Planned District provision of Code Section 153.050
