09-069 - Germain Lexus Car Dealership – 3855 and 3885 West Dublin Granville Road. 

This is a proposal for sign modifications an existing car dealership zoned PUD, Planned Unit Development.  The site is located on the north side of West Dublin Granville Road, at the southeast corner of the intersection with Dublin Center Drive. This is a request for review and approval of an Amended Final Development Plan under the Planned District provision of Code Section 153.050 and a Corridor Development District Sign Review application under the provisions of Code Section 153.115.
