09-070 - Thomas Kohler PCD – Subarea E – Emerald Town Center – Sign Plan – 4040 Woerner Temple Road

This is a proposal to make changes to the approved sign plan to allow a two business sharing one tenant space to have two signs at the Emerald Town Center shopping center located on the south side of Woerner Temple Road, approximately 600 feet east of the intersection with Emerald Parkway. This is a request for review and approval of an amended final development plan under the Planned District provisions of Code Section 153.050.
