This is a proposal for exterior modifications to replace the building materials on the eastern portion of the Crown Plaza Hotel within the Metro Center Planned Unit Development District. The site is located on the north side of Metro Place North, 750 feet east of the intersection with Upper Metro Place. This is a request for review and approval of an Amended Final Development Plan under the Planned District provision of Code Section 153.050
