09-092AFDP – Ohio Health – Sign Plan and Building Modifications – 7450 Hospital Drive

This is a proposal to add directional signs, wall signs, and a canopy to the Dublin Methodist Hospital campus. The site is located on the south side of Perimeter Drive at the southwest corner of the intersection with Hospital Drive.  This is a request for review and approval of an amended final development plan under the Planned District Provision of Code Section 153.050.
