This is a proposal for a small patio space for five tables in front of the tenant space for a frozen yogurt shop within the Kroger Marketplace shopping center in Subarea 5A of the NE Quad Planned Unit Development District on the west side of Sawmill Road, approximately 1,000 feet north of the intersection with Hard Road. This is a request for review and approval of an amended final development plan under the Planned District provisions of Code Section 153.050 and a conditional use request under the provisions of Code Section 150.236.
