This is a proposal to create a new Planned Unit District (PUD) to accommodate an approximately 45,000- square-foot building expansion for the existing MAG car dealership campus and other associated site improvements. This site is located at the southeastern corner of the intersection of Perimeter Drive with Perimeter Loop Road. This is a request for review and recommendation of approval to City Council of a Rezoning and Preliminary Development Plan and review and approval of a Final Development Plan under the Planned District provisions of Code Section 153.050.
