This is a proposal to create a new Planned Unit Development District (PUD) in Subarea F, F1, F2, and F3 of the Perimeter Center Planned Commerce District to expand the existing Giant Eagle grocery store, add a gas station, increase the amount of outdoor dining areas in the shopping center, and related site improvements. The site is located on the north side of Perimeter Loop Road, approximately 430 feet east of the intersection with Avery-Muirfield Drive. This is a request for review and recommendation of approval to City Council of a rezoning and Preliminary Development Plan and review and approval of a Final Development Plan under the Planned District provisions of Code Section 153.050.
