This is a proposal to construct a 10-pump fuel station in the parking lot in front of an existing grocery store located in the Avery Square Shopping center. The site is situated on the west side of Hospital Drive approximately 350 feet west of the intersection with Avery-Muirfield Drive. This is a request for review and approval for an Amended Final Development Plan under the provisions of Code Section 153.050.
