Riverside PCD, Subarea B – Avery Square Outparcel – 7100 Hospital Drive

This is a proposal to develop a new outparcel within the existing Avery Square shopping center, located on the west side of Hospital Drive, approximately 700 feet west of the intersection with Avery Muirfield Drive. This is a request for informal review of the conceptual site configuration and possible uses.
