This is a proposal for a 3,480-square-foot office building within an office campus zoned SO, Suburban Office and Institutional District to be used for educational and training services for disabled adults (educational services not elsewhere classified). The site is located on the west side of Wilcox Road, approximately 700 feet south of the intersection with Shier Rings Road. This is a request for review and approval of a conditional use under the provisions of Code Section 153.236.
