This is a proposal for a two-classroom expansion (1,250 square feet) of a 9,400-square-foot daycare facility and associated parking and landscaping improvements. The site is located on west side of Emerald Parkway, approximately 500 feet south of the intersection with Innovation Drive. This is a request for review and approval of an amended final development plan under the PD provisions of Code Section 153.050.
