This is a request for informal review and feedback for a future rezoning/preliminary development plan application to allow daycare uses in Subarea F3 of the Perimeter Center PCD, Planned Commerce District, which includes a total of three parcels. This is also a request for informal review and feedback for a future final development plan application to construct a 10,000-square-foot daycare center for a 1-acre parcel located on the west side of Perimeter Loop Road at the intersection with Mercedes Drive.
