This is a proposal for a 300-square-foot outdoor dining patio accommodating 20 seats for a restaurant in the Avery Square shopping center located within Subarea B1 of the Riverside PCD on the west side of Avery Muirfield Drive at the intersection with Hospital Drive. This is a request for review and approval of an Amended Final Development Plan under the provisions of Code Section 153.050 and a Conditional Use under the provisions of Code Section 153.236.
