This is a proposal to modify a previously approved and recorded access easement for Lot 160 of Section 3 of the Tartan Ridge subdivision located on the west side of the intersection of Tartan Ridge Boulevard with Burnett Lane. This is a request for review and approval of an amended final development plan under the provisions of Code Section 153.050 and a revised final plat under the provisions of the Subdivision Regulations.
