Zoning Compliance Letter

There may be times when a property owner may need to document the zoning and development requirements for a site or building.  Land Use & Long Range Planning is responsible for issuing Zoning Compliance Letters that verify existing zoning and any development related issues involving the property. The following information is needed to request a Zoning Compliance Letter, or this completed form may be submitted:

Address or parcel number of the property;

Name of person/agency making the request;

Current use of the property (single family, multi-family, commercial);

Contact information (if additional information is needed); and

Check made payable to the City of Dublin (call for current fee information).

The request should be sent to Brian Martin, Zoning Inspector, 5800 Shier Rings Road, Dublin, OH, 43016. The request may require up to 10 business days.
