Female takes portable heart monitor from two local hospitals
A female reported to be Brianna S. Caldwell (Watts) and 48 years old was admitted to the Memorial Hospital of Union County on September 2, 2010 for heart issues.
The woman had no ID but claimed to be home on leave from Germany. She exited Memorial Hospital of Union County prior to being discharged and took a portable heart monitor with her as well as a prescription for Percocet.
The stolen heart monitor, ApexPro, is pictured below and is valued at $1,200. The monitor is approximately 8”x4” with a five wire lead.
On October 15, 2010, the same female checked herself into Dublin Methodist Hospital as Lisa Brice for heart issues. Brice claimed to be visiting the U.S. from Germany. Three days later the female left the hospital unannounced, taking a Phillips Portable Heart Monitor, valued at $1,200.
