Adaptive Fitness Assessments and Orientation
The Dublin Community Recreation Center fitness staff offers adaptive
assessments and equipment orientation to individuals wishing to work out
on the fitness floor. If you are interested in learning more about fitness
opportunities at the DCRC, please contact Pat Casto (614-410-4572).
Adapted Fitness
This individualized program, ratio 1-to-1, teaches participants proper
training techniques, using a variety of exercise equipment. This class is not a
rehabilitation program. It is geared toward teaching lifelong fitness skills.
Pre-class requirements include a physician’s release, a completed health
questionnaire, and an adapted fitness evaluation completed by the instructor.
